I really appreciate your handling all our travel coordination and even my last-minute hurricane jitters. We could not have pulled this off without you! Everyone said we need to do an anniversary trip with the whole gang again next year!

Gabby, thank for all your help. You were super helpful and we don't know what we would have done without you. You made planning this trip super easy for me, my family, and friends.
The resort was everything we wanted and hoped it would be. The staff was amazing and easy to work with!!!! The wedding coordinator was super amazing and was there for all of our needs. We are very happy we made the decision we did to have the wedding there. We are already in talks about going back and making this a yearly thing.

The resort itself was just amazing and we will consider going back. Everyone was blown away by the resort and the staff. This resort was way better than the secrets Playa Mujeres where we stayed in April.

Hi Stacy,
The resort was wonderful! We actually stayed more on the Ziva side because of restaurants/pool/bars. The Zilara side was great too, it was more relaxing and quiet than the other side. The wedding took place at one of the Ziva's gazebos, which was secluded in its own way. We had the cocktail hour at a grassy area behind the gazebo and the reception in the ballroom building. Everything turned out great, including the weather. I've attached a few pics from the wedding. Thanks again for taking care of everyone!

We had a FABULOUS time! I would highly recommend that resort and would definitely go back (which we hardly ever say)! If you see any crazy good deals there, you have to let us know!
They put an anniversary banner on our door and treated us as if we were VIP's! Not just because we were celebrating our anniversary but that is how they treated everyone!
We even did a photo shoot on the beach! The entertainment and food were so good! One day we took a cab into playa to do some shopping and that was fun too.

The resort was absolutely amazing, loved all the amenities, the restaurants, the resort credits, the free wifi and the staff was just great. It has been the best resort that we have stayed at for a while. My guest also had an amazing time there.

We could not have asked for a better destination for our wedding. Our guests loved the resort.
I would recommend the resort, photographers, and people to anyone looking for a destination wedding. I wouldn't change a thing about how everything happened. We are talking about taking another trip to the Paradisus in Costa Rica next year. We had a blast!! Our neighbors who travel to all inclusive resorts 1-2 times a year said this was the best resort they have been to. Everyone loved it!!
Thank you for all your help along the way. You were amazing and helped everyone get what they needed even when it was at the last minute.

The resort was everything I dreamed of and more. It took us about a day to close our mouths from the beauty of The Royal Cancun. The resort had some amazing staff member and everyone was so happy to help. I will get you the names of the staff later when I get done unpacking, still working on that part (hoping to go back I guess). The resort even upgraded us to the top floor corner suit. Great breath taking views! Our wedding day went well, the surprises just keep coming. The resort had a beach party that night with a light up dance floor on the beach and they asked everyone to clear it so Kyle and I could have our first dance. He asked the dj and it was done, may not have been our song but it was great. I cried and he was happy with everything. We even had fireworks on the night of our wedding. Guess we just picked the best day to get married.

Everything was great. We did have a hiccup with the flowers but were able to get it worked out. Other than that the wedding was much more than I could have hoped for and it all came together nicely. Although I was initially so stuck on having a private reception with a DJ and dinner all in one place it came out great the way it was.
You were awesome through the process. We really appreciate you replying quickly, contacting the hotel urgently whenever we had questions, and especially calling to advocate for us when we were offered the disco then told it wasn't available but were able to finally get it! I'm sure this was due to yours and Gabby's hard work. We were also very impressed that with the number of weddings you are coordinating we never had to remind you who we were, where we were getting married, and always kept great records even when we didn't. You were excellent...in fact part of the group that attended the wedding is going to coordinate an international trip next year and we will be using you for travel. Please also give Gabby the feedback that we appreciate her being friendly, there to help, and having a great memory as well!

Our trip to Jamaica was wonderful. We actually got a surprise storm on our wedding day and we were all trapped on the gazebo during this torrential downpour that I was told felt like hail. I was protected by the table that I climbed under when it all started. The rain started just as we were cutting the cake, therefore the cake was soggy and ruined. The wedding coordinator was wonderful about the situation and they arranged for all of our clothes to be cleaned and dried and had everything that we didn’t complete redone the next day (cake, champagne, pictures, and they even redid my hair & makeup for no additional cost). They really did exceed my expectations regarding the wedding because they did not have to redo anything as the weather was not their fault.
The island was amazing and we will definitely be going back at some point.
